About the Role: We are seeking a Construction Estimator to prepare accurate project cost estimates. เรากําลังมองหาผู้ประเมินราคางานก่อสร้างเพื‘อจัดทําต้นทุนโครงการอย่างแม่นยํา
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze drawings and specifications
- วิเคราะห์แบบและรายละเอียดโครงการ
- Prepare BOQs and cost estimates
- จัดทํา BOQ และประมาณราคา
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors
- ประสานงานกับซัพพลายเออร์และผู้รับเหมา
Requirements:
- Experience in estimation or quantity surveying
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านประมาณราคา หรือ Quantity Survey
- Strong analytical and detail skills
- มีทักษะวิเคราะห์และความละเอียดสูง
