Based on the approved design, we provide a reasonable cost estimate covering materials, labor, permits, & any other expenses. We work with our trade partners to get great cost-saving solutions

CONSTRUCTION PROCESS

We handle all scopes: Demolition, Site Preparation, Electrical, Plumbing/HVAC Work, all Interior Build-Out according to the approved design as well as the Finishes and Aesthetics.

SUCCESSFUL DELIVERY & KEY HANDOVER

Prior to the client walkthrough, we conduct Final Inspections to ensure that everything is in compliance with the design and meets safety regulations. We guarantee a smooth Handover & occupancy.
